We provide the following:

Management of the General Ledger
Preparing monthly management reports which include the Income Statement, Balance sheet, and the cashflow

Reviewing the monthly reports with the management team to understand the financial performance of the business.
Auditing
We are also capable of auditing of companies’ annual financial statements and providing an opinion.
TAXATION
We also provide the following services under Tax:
Preparation and filing of monthly returns which includes Withholding tax, VAT and PAYE
Annual corporate tax filing and quarterly self-assessment filing
Monthly or quarterly health review of company taxes to access correctness of the tax liability of the company.
Tax registration with the Ghana Revenue Authority
Registration of employees for tax identification number (TIN)
Obtain tax clearance certificate for the entity
Respond to queries from the GRA on your behalf
Payroll
We undertake the following:
Preparation of payroll on a monthly basis
Update of payroll with new hires and departing staff
Make appropriate statutory deductions with respect to Ghana’s social security fund (where applicable) and Pay As You Earn (PAYE) taxes and remitting these deductions to the relevant authorities on a timely basis
Make appropriate non-statutory deductions such as provident fund and effect/transfer payments to the nominated fund managers; and
Preparation of payslips and other payroll reports for the respective use of staff and management
